Horrible ratio. They do an 8:1 RS

But they only reduce the Authorized Shares by virtually half (from 2 billion to 950 million).

When the shares are converted after the RS, there will be an outstanding share count of 250 million.
It will eventually get diluted to 750 million (if not the full 950 million), which will wipe everyone out.
