There is nothing we can do. The SEC has approved this deal. There is no other agency to help us. I believe the SEC has been compromised. But there is no way to prove it. This is a dirty deal. Nine hundred shareholders have been wiped out with no explanation. It is one thing to lose money on a bad risky investment, but to be stabbed in the back several times and then bleed out to your demise.
