Unfortunately Tommy-Boy did lie about no RS, then used an excuse acting like he didn't know it would go down that way - an investor wanted the OS cleaned up before investing.

So he does a massive RS and wipes the OS clean down to 1M shares. Every 1M shares owned is now 100 shares. So if something good were to take place, which I doubt, the run would be worthless due to the RS.

And when a penny stock increases the AS when doing the RS, usually means one thing - DILUTION AGAIN! Tommy-Boy increased the AS another 1B to 11.6B - NOT GOOD!

What a damn scam this turned out to be! Glad I got back my initial investment and put it into a real Cyber Security stock!
