Except the company said this:

“Once official meeting minutes are received from the FDA, the Company expects to release more details regarding planned Phase 3 trials of Brilacidin as a novel oral SOM treatment.”

They didn’t say, like you claim, “we’ll release more details about phase 3 trials for OM after a partnership.”

Why is Leo lying yet again? Oh wait, I know. Because his mouth is open.

Not that I think Leo might have a tendency to overstate things, but I would like to see exactly what the FDA said before I get too excited. I would think he would be able to share what the FDA said without having a partner involved.
