The focus should be the wreck, not treasure.....

Just one more important piece of the puzzle as to where the treasure is.

I know that seems to be an odd thing to post, but Mary explained finding treasure alone is not enough to obtain a recovery permit. Need to think long term.

A recovery permit means transfer of title. Finding treasure without a recovery permit means nothing except a pop in the stock that will eventually trickle down.

If one is looking to dump, a treasure find is a ticket to look for the exit.
