My best guess is the fast guys are out already and the slow guys have the proper defenses built around their investment. Yes, they'll make money either way. We are never privy to the short trades as they happen.
I still would like to build a position and would expect to be long around a year or so. I don't see any super long term buy with this drug.
Yes, I agree with you they now saying they'll be best in class but I'm not sure what you can demand with AGN, Elos and eventually Generics dragging Botox into the mud.
