I believe it's a misappropriation of funds

Cipherloc (CLOK) has raised over $18 million from investors in its last fundraising efforts. Michael de la Garza has a fiduciary duty to manage and protect this money. I don't believe that he is acknowledging this fiduciary duty.

I'm not okay with de la Garza assigning titles and giving jobs to family members who aren't qualified. I see it (assigning his daughter the title of Social Media Director) as another example of him exploiting the company.
