The PPS could retract to about $2.20 a share (which is about where the lower Bollinger Band is at). More commonly known as a "Touch & Go".

I'm not saying that it will happen. I'm saying: With a MACD 'cross-under' on the TUES technical doorstep... It certainly could happen.
