So many times what happens when Company stock market caps go on on thinly traded issues , when a market cap goes up or down , example only ,on a $ 15k trading volume day and market cap goes up by $ 5 million or... to extremes of this Company ... what happens so many times is
Inside people , affiliates , associates , ir / pr people attached pump up the stock and market cap, then when certain parties convert their stock , they will get their higher prices because of pumped up prices ,
will follow up with additional thoughts as time goes but , but in so many words ....
Be careful
Do your due diligence in trading patterns and companies as such.
Then down the line lots of shares will be added to float , then eventually a reverse split , and founders have their preferred shares / anti dilution , so they are protected , but common shareholders will get boomed.
