First of all, wanted to say hello ThruthFairy222, thanks for your welcome message. I didn't answer before because I don't have PM and only have 3 posts per day. I'm just starting to post, but have been following you and enjoying your posts long time ago.

One clarification for Engines regarding L2:

If you take a look, you never see a MM listed more than once on the bid and more than once on the ask. You only see the higher bid and the lower ask for each MM. So that is why you may have a bid or ask order active and don't see it, it doesn't mean the bid or ask is not there or that the level two is outdated.
