Yeah I feel the same way. You’d think that large investors who deal with him would be paying attention to any and all of his business transactions but who knows. Morals dont play a part in big money so maybe his colleagues just see that he profited. What really surprises me is that he thought he would make more money doing what he did rather than merging a private company into the ticker. Unfortunately I think its totally dead and gone now. Etrade deleted my shares from my portfolio and counted them as a loss on that years taxes. So as far as I understand the process theres no more rvue at all

Here's the bottom line IMO. Roche was careful not to mislead the public after filing Form 15 to relieve himself of mandatory ownership reporting requirements - Schedule 13G and Form 4 sells ceased to be filed.

The promoters misled the public, quite heavily I might add, to buy into the fairy tales as insiders liquidated their positions into the false narrative presented as an amazing opportunity.

Then all common shares were cancelled leaving the duped with the losses.

Roche could have easily absorbed those losses. The victims of the scam, no so much, obviously.

Sorry for your tribulations over this mess.

The only recourse is to file a complaint with the SEC and hope they investigate the matter.
