To All Shareholders of MC Endeavors, Inc./Room 21 Media,
I wanted to take the opportunity to provide an update to our shareholders and persons of interest that follow our company activities. While we have been somewhat quiet about our activities, we have been busy moving our company objectives forward.
The current focus of the company is preparing our App, Directories, Websites, and Content. It is very important that our shareholders understand the scope of the undertaking of actually building Apps, Websites, Directories, and our own Television shows. Anything can be accomplished with enough money and time but given the difficulties in legitimately raising funds with OTC Pinksheet companies. This has a been a slower process than any of us had expected. Actually, it’s been quite a growing experience for me both professionally and personally.
Significant items that I want to address:
There has been NO Conversion of Debt. Our share structure has remained the same and we do not plan on converting any of the debt in the foreseeable future. The Share TV App Development – We have been busy building a very large app that will incorporate many advanced functionalities that extend well beyond a video app. We have found that over the past few months, the recovery community has been requesting an app that actually provides a wide range of services to the recovery community as a whole. The upcoming app includes a variety of E-commerce features include in App purchasing, advanced Social Features, GPS, Treatment Directories, custom video integration to both taped and live shows, Dating, Couponing, and Travel. We will launch the Beta on March 1st, 2019 to a private community and expect to have full launch by the end of 1st Quarter 2019. The Share TV Proprietary Content- We continue to work on post-production editing to refine the existing shows of “Warrior Women”, “Inside Addiction” , and “Rock to Recovery”. We have completed the filming of “#OPIODS” , “#Meth”, “#Family” series which contents 122 videos providing a comprehensive set of information and help. This is a one of a kind information series that will be featured on The Share TV. Leased/Shared Content for The Share TV – We have secured over 1,028 Videos that are addiction, treatment, mental health related content. Company Funding Going Forward- We will continue to Self-fund through our own sales revenues and if/when qualified for Reg A then we may sell a portion of the stock I had returned to the company last year. Our track record of NOT converting debts for stock is proof positive that we are quite cautious about dilutive financing.
