I believer once the REIT is fully populated with all properties and past owner given shares in the REIT in exchange for direct ownership, the REIT shares will be priced in the Dollars and spun off.
Current RELI owner will also be given shares as part of the spin off.

Could be VERY Lucrative, but need to be in before the fact.

Timing will be very interesting...but hopefully will not be long...

Again, the only uplist that's going to happen here is to NASDAQ or the NYSE! Time is on our side. We are long, 3-5 years!
