I own a whopping 100 shares of PCG-I.

It was bought well over a year ago based on the expectation that dividends would eventually be restored. The plan was to reinvest other dividends received into more shares, but additional fires put that idea to rest.

However, I am surprised that preferred prices have remained at these high price levels. I would have expected a decline to something around 20 percent of par.
