The company filed a Motion to Dismiss. The pre-motion conference is scheduled for February 28th.

The Motion is pretty compelling in that there is zero evidence of a pump and dump. None of the parties are accused of selling stock. In fact, the opposite is true. They accuse Rik of buying stock in small blocks in an attempt to increase the stock price - - - as long as he's a buyer, I'm good with that!!

Still LOVE the products and have hopes for a recovery - GLTYA
