Lack of interest is because this is a hidden gem. Custodianship will be granted Tuesday. We should find out the share structure at that time. Eventually we will find out who is taking control of PCLI. This ticker sat at .0001 for 8+ years, and has gone up to .0021 without any news. Just wait! When found, this will bring lots of interest and buying, imo. I am not promoting PCLI..
Just stating my opinion. Good luck to all present holders.
