Service men and women are still appreciated.Last weekend my granddaughter and her husband, who just recently returned from his 2nd tour in Irag, were in Las Vegas attending the Military Ball. While they were at one of the casinos, a man put a $25 bet down on a roulette wheel for them. He won $900 and immediately handed it to my grand- daughter's husband stating that this was the least he could do. Later that evening when they went to dinner with another Marine Corps couple, the manager picked up the tab in another gesture of gratitude.
