The rules for appointment were brought to attention before appointment. Otting is not illegal. The squirrels just pissed because they left out of process to control the process by their own evil actions to steal the nuts. Options were available. The squirrels just focus on option that stated “one of the deputies should be selected “ under certain conditions . Otting fit other conditions and appointed. The rules are stated in conservator rules for a temporary conservator. Democrats need to learn how to read. But we know they are just wanting to obstruct the process.

Article 2 allows the President full authority to nominate Anyone he wants in his Executive Branch- this is echoed in the Appointments Clause - they tried stopping POTUS from Appointing Mick Mulvaney to head the OMB office and Consumer Protection Financial Bureau (CPFB) because of the Bailout Bill which said only that departing director picks his/her replacement; and the courts quickly sided with Trump and said it doesn’t matter what’s in that bill or any bill, the Federal Constitution clearly says in Article 2 the President gets to nominate his appointments anywhere in Any Department within his Executive Branch.
