Look at the market cap. NTGN market cap 5x ADXS. Market cap is what thecompany is worth.

NTGN has dropped from $12 to $4.

ADXS has dropped from $30 to $0.35

NTGN has $122m cash. No need for R/S and dilution like ADXS

No way ADXS looks better.
