Ok let me get this straight.. you are saying that in order for a company to make a press release stating that they entered a strategic partnership, a contract MUST already be signed?
A strategic partnership does not REQUIRE a contract. Show me something that says it does.
Why would they need WWB law firm to work on the partnership deal if it’s already a signed and done contract.
Maybe they entered a MOU maybe they have a handshake agreement until details are worked finalized in a actual contract.
