I know fundamentally I would never buy at the huge pullback from 3.77 to 2.20 (which is what I got in). If I knew the next day they already had a deal at $1.40. There were definitely those in the know. Hence why the huge pullback. It was shorted all the way down. Hence SEC investigation will occur.
