A court ruling won't help, because of appeals.

I still think that administrative recapitalization, Congressional reform and release is going to happen by the end of 2020. In fact, I'd bet that FHFA/UST increase the capital buffer in the next few weeks. We'll see.

We're toast. Probably a delay tactic they can blame on Congress in order to continue the NWS for many years to come.
