Plan is simple.....scam more investor.

That is why they gifted themselves so many shares, over the 2 years. It will help offset the RS.

If the RS happens, they will immediately follow it with another BS PR, dilute this back down to trips, making themselves a fortune. This isnt a company. It's a dilution machine.

They cant even get financing....why would anyone buy/acquire this sham? Produce nothing, no workers, no offices, negative balance sheet. SBFM is a 100% scam.
