I personnally believe that's where this whole thing is headed.
It sounds logical to me through the purposeful vague tweets, not naming acfiliated co's, & failure to give date cetain for financials.
I believe buyout news is imminent.
JMHO from someone who doesn't know any more than anyone else on this board.

He's lost ALL credibility & I'll never believe another word that comes out if his lying lips.
I'm in @ .027. Just on a hunch, sold 90,000 @ .18 last week to make me whole with a little pocket change. Letting 250,000 ride.

Insurance companies negotiate rates with lab companies the same way they negotiate rates with hospitals and doctors.

For instance, a blood test that costs a person without insurance $220 might cost nothing for a person who has insurance because the insurance company has negotiated a lower rate of $25 for that same test and will cover the cost of that test.
