Kids and e-cigs is kind of a red herring. People have always started smoking when they were kids, I was 11 - I don't think many 40 somethings with families take up cigarette smoking for the first time. Was it ever considered unusual to see high schoolers smoking cigs?
The larger question is why has a company with patents in other viable commercial fields gone all in on the FDA? Maryland did $100M in medical MJ last year.
