Not even close. If Auris goes for $2-$3B+ that would be great news for us, and another comp along the way. I think $3B on the low side for TMDI / SPORT, and the sky is the limit based on length of time before acquisition.
I’ve always used a fully diluted O/S of 50M shares to do my calculations. Hope we are way under that closer to 40M, but gives me an idea without having to default to the “giggles” poster on here who loves math and giving advice, but doesn’t even have a position in TMDI.
$3B using my number of 50M is a $60 buyout. That would work nicely on the low end... Going to be a fun ride! Glad you’re back in Quid!
