If this is the intention we should definitely see news before the 10-k deadline. Likely both on financing and settlement of the notes.

The new quarter would be the January qtr

Not the October qtr or fiscal year end. Regardless, it's a timing issue that would hopefully get resolved by the Jan qtr 10-q.
