How could a company be broke who just purchase the assets of another company?? Unless that was simply a way to legally issue payment to a crooked business partner and make it appear legitimate. This is all a tangled web IMO. I would not say a scam but definitely a garage operation. With all that being said this still represents a trading opportunity for those with the ability to wait it out. GLTA #RBII
