Anyones resume means very little to me when it comes to corp finance or in particular, the type financing GNBT just entered into.

I've reviewed, critiqued and unwound many of these disastrous deals over a long career and am sought by many securities attorneys for my expertise.

So barking up the wrong tree. I know this space cold and also know when someone else doesnt. They would be the ones trying to claim this death spiral financing is a good thing or nothing to be concerned about.
