I’m pretty sure they can pull out of one deal to sign on for a bigger deal and Ken could spin it however he wanted until the new deal is signed. If makes for a bigger payday for management, why not. That’s how Ken would see it.
If Amgen was seeing good results, you bet they would want the whole enchilada, not just MINE.
