I am not so sure this is good news for us :/

They chose R3 over Ripple because XRP is too volatile right now. R3 uses XRP for now, but they have ability to add stable coins in future......

On the positive side, xrp is going through cobalt update which makes it more scalable, faster and reliable. If Swift has 11,000 banks, they are going to need the best digital asset of all time which is xrp which is what R3 is already using

I have mixed feelings on this news.
