Sorry, but my post you are referring to does NOT say anything about a scandium offtake never being signed or no one being interested in buying scandium.
All I said was that it might be the case that investors are hesitant to commit themselves before a scandium offtake has been signed. Well, I think the sequencing of events has not proven me wrong. Quite the contrary.
