10K is tied to Debt Holder Negotiations and Recapitalization on the whole. Quiet period tied entirely to 10K. 10K will have a forward looking statement with it. Quiet period ends with 10K and or recapitalization.
Finance will be non toxic/dilutive in nature.
So 10K or NT I say it is the NT but with what I have found out IDK we will be just fine.
By the way all Food business is unaffected by any of this meaning shipments are still being executed.
