Not clear what the filing means, I'll try to look into it but I doubt it means they're going dark. Too many filings done and a new accounting firm brought in, wouldn't make sense to go dark now.
Just glad to see a filing and that things are being done and there seems to be a plan even if we don't know it quite yet.
