Even MMEX-scam wouldn’t plan to build its imaginary rudimentary topping unit within the city limits. A plan of that nature would almost certainly fail, on multiple points, from planning and zoning, to environmental and permitting violations.

So beyond the surprise aspect, it is reasonably safe to say that no city resident, Fort Stockton, or otherwise would be “pleased.”

Factually, the City of Fort Stockton has made no investment, and put very little effort, if any, into MMEX-scam - the claim "They would appreciate the effort their government has put into the development of this ground breaking and ongoing job creating initiative including the effort being put in by Mr. Hanks family. commendable” is both unsupportable, and nonsensical, especially given that the City of Fort Stockton has no jurisdiction over the MMEX-scam locale.

The only thing “pivotal” about MMEX-scam is Mad J. holding the Ritz cracker in a certain demented game. Probably a whole lot of “pivoting” going on there…

There’s likely a recommendation from the Surgeon General to avoid sleeping with a plastic bag over one’s head.

In addition the improved access roads and extensive land and soil surveying that they have completed and submitted to several engineering firms to finalize the planning to acquire the needed machinery, personnel and equipment in order to facilitate construction.

I tend to believe the post that have actually been 100% correct for close to two years as opposed the the post that have been continually wrong over and over and over for the same periods.

Post that continue to claim "Financing was Done" every month. Proven wrong by MMEX stating they have not even been in anything more than "preliminary talks" - Code for we asked some people for money at some point.

Post that claimed HUGE NEWS coming, never happened as the stock price dropped 95% and will continue this long term trend as MMEX's fundamentals gets massively worse every new Toxic Loan they bury the shareholders with.

Post that a refinery is coming, yet there has been ZERO actual progress other than the silly carrot dirt pushing and obtaining permits that are trivial to get. And a laughable "groundbreaking" ceremony for a flagpole. Now with well over a year gone by and nothing but multiple dirt pushing charades for carrots.

Post of KABOOOOOOOOM, and yet the share price is down 95% since the first KABOOOOOOOM.

Post of "I really love this stock", and yet the share price is down 95% since the first professing their love for losing money.

The post I believed are the ones stating last year that MMEX's refinery design had significant shortcomings. Months before MMEX's admitted to those EXACT shortcomings and the millions of dollars of cost added to fixing the botched design. Some posters knew more about MMEX's own design than MMEX did. WTF.


And the post over a year ago that stated MMEX was going to get worse from here, MUCH, MUCH WORSE. And the share price fell 95%.


And yes, MMEX will get worse from Jan. 2019, it will get MUCH, MUCH WORSE from here. And it will happen MUCH faster than last year.
