I have been holding my excitement (and losses) since 2017.

As per PR if they were working "diligently" to "launch" their efforts in Europe in January 2019 they are already failing as there is only 1 day left in January 2019 and there has been no further word or update from either Delcath or medac.

Could it be another of the infamous Delcath "silent periods"?
