I found 2 things, considering it is news because it has been a long time, we never heard from this dead cat:

1) OTCMarket website has been updated GARB SS as of 1/24/2019. Not so sure about the filing to SEC those.

2) GARB may file the 4Q of 2018 to SEC because on my TDA account shows this:

Garb Oil & Power Corporation, Inst Holders, 4Q 2018 (GARB)
3:08 am ET January 19, 2019 (Dow Jones).

There was not much information in it, I assume that something maybe happening soon.

Just wait and see what it is really coming out from this dead cat. And hopefully, a positive news will come out after all.
