They're renewing the Solid Waste Permit:

Needs to be filed 180 days before expiration (which I think would have been 1/30/2019).

It should be noted that when they renewed the existing permit in July 2014, the factory had been out of commission for more than 7 months, and remains out of commission to this day.

5 years of Solid Waste Permit for naught.

Let's do it again!
