I was in this a long time, and Art admitted in a phone call he had taken some certs issued prior and instead of canceling them, he used them for funding. He actually said he wasn't diluting because the OS was not changing. That's why the stock was stagnant. These guys are actually going to bring value, huge difference. $PAOG
