because there has been less that $500 of KALY shorted....

I don't understand why people cant acknowledge the dilution.
It has been posted, the company told you in their latest filings they were broke and would be issuing and selling shares to raise money. The stock has a CE designation, and the dilution has been proven an posted here.

YET PEOPLE STILL CLAIM SHORTING.... but if you look it up. it's not shorts....
