There is no proof of what I am about to say but read some of my posts below. There is a link to legislation about election security. It seems close to being a connection and an exact match but its all IMHO.
I initially invested in GAHC because I believed in Block Chain tech, and the need to improve election security / validity. The parallel of blockchain Voting along with actual paper ballots is the best security out there.
