Fake pricing to allow heavy hitters to recoup and cause amateur investors to buy not knowing what they’re buying. When a stock has upward movement it triggers amateur buying. This will go to < $1.00 at some point

The PCG PPS hasn't crashed yet because insiders and Institutional holders have the clout to keep the share price as high as possible until they have sold out. Once the stock is delisted to the OTC (Over The Counter) with the suffix Q added to the ticker the PPS will drop drastically. For future reference the PPS at the time of this post is ~$13.00.
