Yes that is concerning. I dont have enough knowledge on that one. I saw that a long time ago but never thought more about it since it's an unknown. I see that as a caveat ie they decide the trial was skewed from reasons mentioned in the lawsuit or too close to call on effectiveness after deaths. I assume that's there for those reasons.
