sport many things can occur. Just look back to Obama era GM bailout and what happened to all shareholders and the like. The exchange can simply STOP everything, make all past issues (stock, etc) nonvaluable, then after week of cooling off period, restart ticker again, but only new issues bought after that time have value... Kind of like old Nazi bonds prior WWII, after WWII ended, all previopus bonds, etc were made worthless, and only new issues after that point til today have value. Why so many circulate out there in financial scams still to this day...
I have been thru many BK's and never again will. Everyone has different characteristics, but fact is, Insiders already had themselves in line to profit one last time, before bailing and Shareholders always end up with losses never to recoup... Like this running up from its 5.00 low a copuple weeks back, and now this news. Wait a day or so and you will see the SEC Form 4's published, but then it will be too late, as Insiders will show to have sold off their stock holdings before they released this C-II news publicly... it is criminal, but that is what today's no-integrity Corps have become for the most part...
