A. That's a terribly written article based on opinion not on facts.

B. What experts? I love how everyone is an expert who knows better than one of the top hedgers on the planet (if your a pundant on CNN can you really be an expert).

C. In the end if he's buying it for 5.2 billion in bankruptcy then you can be sure it's worth more on paper than that. So if it doesn't work out and be liquidates be stands to make a lot of money even in failure. Sounds like a pretty smart dude to me
