I dont think so, I've been told that the the reason for the delay in filing was down to the wording of a transaction at the S3 level, the deal with La Jolla is just that, so I'm of the opinion this is the reason for the delay. Now the deal has been terminated which I think is good news anyway then I think this clears the path for the 10K to be filed. I think we'll see some movement in shareprice over the next couple of days, highly likely before the potential delisting date. S3 likes to put PRs out on Thursday maybe we get something tomorrow!?
