The deal is done the judge will throw out all the motions to convert to chapter 7 many scavengers to be thrown out of court.

Judge Drain will probably shred those claims in his vintage Sears & Roebuck 7 page shredder after he rides to work on his 48" craftsman 18.5 hp mower. :)

At this point, with the positive news from the auction, there's no way the judge chooses debtors over saving tens of thousands of jobs. I really can't see it happening. IMO GLTA
