Kalikow Investments, Gentleman named Shakir is a partner...what I surmised from digging into this is that Kalikow might want to buy FGFC to become public. Just a guess on my part...I was missing one connecting name after about 2 hours of searches
As an aside I thought Kalikow might have been our silent part in Canada. They are a money making machine. Shakir also holds interest in an accounting firm. That is as close as I got to Rosenman
