"STOP" sign's back because Alper refuses to file the long overdue quarterly report for the period ending September 30th. I repeatedly predicted this would happen if he didn't do the basic, bare minimum housekeeping required by any CEO.
The question to ask is "why?"
Past filings were largely clones of previous ones so it's not like there is a lot of work involved. So why is he refusing? Clearly he doesn't want shareholders to know the truth of what's going on. What else could it be? Not that it matters.. he can't be fired no matter what and he knows it.
IMO prospective buyers are taking a pass when they see the following.
