I think ORC is on the fence with the proposed Fed hike. Do they keep the divy at .08 cents or drop it conserving cash. Its a lousy place to be, so Im on the side lines until the board decides on the 13th. Which may work out perfectly dumping SHLDQ between the 5th-18th.
